Delivery is calculated at the check-out on the value of goods sold.
Orders will generally be delivered to you via our preferred courier service. However, for large orders we may need to ship via pallet service to ensure the goods arrive safely and in perfect condition. There will be no extra charge for this service and we will contact you via phone and/or email prior to shipping to ensure you are able to accept the delivery in this way.
STANDARD Delivery – Mainland UK address only*
Orders placed before 11am (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same day, on a ‘next day’ service via TNT.
We will endeavour to despatch orders received after 11am on the same day, however this cannot be guaranteed.
Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday between 8am to 6pm.
During peak busy periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Promotion Days & Christmas periods) please allow additional days for order despatch & read any site notices regarding despatch times.
UK Non-Mainland Delivery – Surcharge will be applied at Checkout and 2-3 day Delivery

*International Deliveries – We may be able to offer international delivery of your order, however please contact the office (email@example.com or 01282 504500) before placing the order and we can advise on options available and charges.
Despatch & Delivery
If you would like your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour please make sure you leave clear instructions when placing your order – however, we cannot guarantee that parcels will always be left as a signature is required on delivery. If you are unavailable, delivery drivers should leave a card for arranging redelivery of your parcel.
If no-one is available to accept delivery of your order the courier should leave a card asking you to contact them to arrange another delivery. If the Courier does not receive a response after 3-5 working days, the order will be returned to InstaPac. If redelivery is requested after this, Customers will be required to pay an additional delivery charge.
You have a right to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of the goods by advising us in writing. Goods must be returned to us in an unused and undamaged condition and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
Once the goods have been received by us, we will refund the monies paid for the goods (less the restocking charge) within 30 days. Please note that we are unable to refund the costs of shipping/posting costs. You are responsible for the return carriage costs for unwanted goods. All items must be returned to us before a refund is issued.
Faulty / Damaged Goods
All faulty / damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. We reserve the right to ask for photographic evidence.
We will replace or refund any damaged goods including postage paid. All items must be returned to us within 14 days before a replacement/refund is issued.
